PAUL CHASTNEYCHASTNEY Ann, would like to express her most sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness, messages and expressions of sympathy, also the beautiful floral tributes and donations received during her recent very sad loss. A special thanks to the doctors at Cornford House Surgery, the Macmillan nurses and doctors and nurses on Ward D9, Addenbrooke's Hospital, for the loving care shown to Paul during his illness and to those many friends for the great comfort and support given by their presence during the service at Cambridge City Crematorium.
